The math

Panel revenue is the self-liquidating step; the results review is where the larger care plan is sold. Your numbers will differ; the point is that the model pays for itself early, and you get to watch it do so before you’re charged.

Your plan does not renew automatically — continuing after 12 months takes a new agreement.
